Phase 1 - Children
In this patient's Phase One transitional treatment at 8 years old, the primary goal was to create sufficient space by using a customized expander appliance to expand the jaw for proper growth. This growth facilitated in the alignment of the upper front teeth to ensure proper spacing for the upper cuspids to erupt into correct alignment.

Phase 2 - Teenager
For this 12 year old patient, they went through a comprehensive Phase Two treatment in 19 months, where we were able to use metal braces to achieve optimal teeth alignment, healthy bite, proper teeth function and an aesthetically pleasing smile.

For this case, our patient was 37 year old female whom had gone through comprehensive Phase Two treatment in her teenage years. Due to her re-lapse in retainer use over the years, she started a limited touch up Invisalign treatment that lasted 7 months to improve function and alignment, getting her back on track to smiling confidently.
